She truly cares about the company’s employees and the payroll they receive every week. Through her 11 years of service to Blount Construction she has learned all the employees and their roles in the company. Most of them she can cite their history from memory. As Executive Administrator, she manages the office and keeps our administration running smoothly. Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Curtis Pace as our November 2021 Employee Owner of the Month. Curtis has been with the Company for 8 years as a service fuel truck driver. Curtis goes above and beyond by not only fueling equipment but checking performance and overall condition of each tractor. When he knows major service is needed, he starts the teardown process to help the mechanics when they arrive. Curtis is a great asset to our service fleet. This dedication to going above and beyond is why we invite you to congratulate him on this well-earned award.

He always is available to help his crew get the job done quickly and efficiently. While working with the paving crew Julio makes sure that the work performed is to the best of his ability.
