Blount Construction Company is proud to announce Juan Rivera as our August 2021 Employee Owner of the Month. Juan has been with Blount Construction three years and in that time has become a valued asset to the company. When Juan started for the company, he had very little experience in operating construction equipment. But in his short time, Juan has learned how to operate multiple pieces of equipment in the Blount Construction fleet. A strong work ethic keeps Juan working hard throughout the day with very little supervision. He is happy and eager to make sure the job is done right the first time.
