Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Cayce Butler as our July 2022 Employee Owner of the Month. Cayce started with Blount Construction in 2019. As an operator his professional behavior and knowledge were noticed, and he was promoted to Foreman in 2022. One of his first jobs was a very difficult storm pipe repair.  Although this job was in a high traffic area Cayce made sure the site was always safe for both the workers and civilian traffic.  His continual dedication to safety is why we want to congratulate Cayce for a job well done!

Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Raymond Campbell as our May 2022 Employee Owner of the Month. Raymond has been with Blount Construction since 1998, an amazing 24 years. He has worked with different crews performing all the different tasks that were asked of him. Raymond has worked as a traffic control supervisor, operator, general labor and has never hesitated to help whenever and wherever he is needed. Raymond’s vast experience carries with him through the demands of our many different style jobs. All our crews know that when Raymond is on the site, they have peace of mind the job will be done correctly. Please help us congratulate Raymond for this wonderful award.

Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Christ Santos as our April 2022 Employee Owner of the Month. Starting in April of 2019 Christ has become a very valuable asset to our full depth reclamation crew. Christ’s primary job is roller operator but that doesn’t stop her from taking on any other responsibility that the crew needs. She is quick to learn new tasks and has recently worked to take on certified roles to help the company and advance her position. We want to thank Christ for her hard work, dedication and drive and wish you all to do the same.

Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Joey Angel as our March 2022 Employee Owner of the Month. Joey has only been with Blount Construction a short time and has excelled as an operator with one of our full depth reclamation crews. During his time as an operator, he has achieved a mentor status with many of the newer employees on the crew. Standing out as a crew leader Joey is always willing to train people on how to operate equipment and perform jobs safely. When not at work Joey enjoys time with his family at the lake fishing and loves to drag race Radio controlled cars. Please congratulate Joey on a job well done!

Blount Construction Company is pleased to announce Paul Moreno as our February 2022 Employee Owner of the Month. Paul started with Blount Construction Company at the beginning of 2017 and has been an incredible asset to the company. Working as a milling machine operator he is always on time and very precise with his work. Paul makes moving such a large machine safely while in traffic look easy.

Paul tries to always be aware of safety procedures and helps his fellow crew members work safely in a very dangerous and hot environment. He is punctual and reliable, and his coworkers and supervisor only have positive things to say about him.  Keeping the commitment to timely work done in a safe manner is why we ask you to congratulate him on a job well done.
